ADDISON, Texas, Oct. 27, 2016 -- Think Finance, Inc., the leading provider of software technology, analytics, and marketing services to lenders, today announced that Tom Carter has been hired as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, Mr. Carter will be responsible for promoting the value and benefits of CortexSM – Think Finance's recently launched "lending as a service" product – to banks, credit unions, alternative lenders and others in the financial services industry.

Mr. Carter is an accomplished senior leader and innovator in the financial services industry, with nearly 20 years of experience in building and growing successful businesses. For the last eight years, Mr. Carter has held key business development positions with Prosper and Vyze, both successful fintech companies. Before that, he worked for 10 years in operations, product and strategy leadership roles for Dell Financial Services. He also has worked as a senior consultant for KPMG Peat Marwick.

Mr. Carter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
